粉末冶金产品用金属粉末(或金属粉末和非金属粉末混合物)作为原料,经压制和烧结,及后工序处理制成各种产品;是一种多孔性结构产品,对于内部微观孔隙要求,本文以发动机粉末冶金气门导管失效分析为引子,探讨对粉末冶金气门导管微观孔隙的认知。

Powder metallurgy products use metal powder(or a mixture of metal powder and non-metal powder)as raw materials,which are pressed,sintered,and post-processed to produce various products;it is a porous structure product,which requires internal microscopic pores.In this paper,the failure analysis of the engine powder metallurgy valve guide is used as an introduction to discuss the understanding of the microscopic pores of the powder metallurgy valve guide.
