轨道车辆非金属材料复验文件的优化

摘要 轨道车辆采用的非金属材料种类较多,复验周期长、费用高,根据提质增效工作指导要求,为了降低非金属材料的复验费用和复验周期,成立创新小组,梳理了近3年总装区域委验的原材料及零部件复验情况,总结内非金属原材料复验不合格项点,对不合格的原材料及零部件进行重点监控,采用高标准替代低标准的复验方案,降低质量较稳定的原材料及零部件的复验项点和频次,同时,明确了原材料及零部件的复验原则,编制并下发了《轨道交通车辆非金属部件、原材料入库复验检验规范》,从根本上降低了复验费用。 There are many types of non-metallic materials used in rail vehicles,with long re-inspection periods and high costs.According to the guidance requirements for improving quality and effi ciency,in order to reduce the re-inspection costs and re-inspection cycles of non-metallic materials,an innovation team was established and the re-inspection of raw materials and parts commissioned by the fi nal assembly area in the past three years were sorted out and the unqualifi ed items of non-metallic raw materials in the re-inspection were summarized,the unqualifi ed raw materials and parts were monitored,and high standards instead of low-standard re-inspection programs was adopted,which reduced the re-inspection items and frequency of raw materials and parts with relatively stable quality.At the same time,the principle of re-inspection of raw materials and parts is clarifi ed,and the"Rail Transit Vehicle Non-metallic Parts and Raw Materials Re-inspection Inspection Standards"was compiled and issued,which fundamentally reduced the cost of re-inspection.
