Research on the Quality Control of the Body-in-White Door Cover Production Line

门盖总成是白车身的重要组成部分,属于相对独立的部分,相比于其他区域的白车身分总成,门盖在生产制造有自身独特的特点,白车身门盖属于外覆盖件,其外观表面质量要求非常严格,关乎到用户体验;门盖总成生产过程中的涂胶质量和包边质量的好坏直接影响到门盖产品的最终质量。本文主要从外观表面质量的控制、涂胶质量控制、包边质量控制三个方面进行阐述。

The door cover assembly is an important part of the body-in-white,which is a relatively independent part.Compared with the body-in-white subassemblies in other areas,the door cover has its own unique characteristics in production,and the body-in-white door cover belongs to the outer cover,whose appearance and surface quality of the parts are very strict,which is related to the user experience;the quality of the glue and the edge quality in the production process of the door cover assembly directly aff ects the fi nal quality of the door cover product.This article mainly elaborates from three aspects:control of appearance and surface quality,quality control of glue coating,and quality control of edging.
