摘要
文主本要对晶玉黄颜色A区大面积修补问题而导致SIP检验不合格GCA扣分进行了分析和讨论,并找到了问题的原因,通过5M1E法进行调查分析和现场检查,且制定了相应的对策,采取措施后,取得了较明显的效果,对整体车身涂装质量提升起到了较大的进步,达到质量标准要求,有效的控制晶玉黄修补产生的色差。
The main text of the article analyzed and discussed the GCA deduction for SIP inspection failure caused by the large-scale repair of CN100 crystal jade yellow color area A,and found out the cause of the problem,and conduct investigation and analysis and on-site inspection through the 5M1E method.In addition,corresponding countermeasures were formulated.After the measures were taken,more obvious results were achieved,which greatly improved the overall car body coating quality,reached the quality standard requirements,and eff ectively controlled the color diff erence caused by CN100 crystal yellow repair.
