摘要
锂电池工作的适宜温度范围为15℃-35℃,由于放电生热加上夏季较高的环境温度使得电池的温度很难满足要求。通过流热耦合分析得利用来自空调蒸发器的冷却空气强制风冷电池模组有较好的降温效果。最高温度由46.875℃降至34.29℃,最大温差由3.485℃降至1.808℃。
The suitable temperature range for lithium battery operation is 15℃-35℃.Due to the heat generated by discharge and the higher ambient temperature in summer,the battery temperature is diffi cult to meet the requirements.Through the fl ow-heat coupling analysis,it is found that using the cooling air from the air-conditioning evaporator to force the battery module to cool down has a better cooling eff ect.The maximum temperature dropped from 46.875°C to 34.29°C,and the maximum temperature diff erence dropped from 3.485℃ to 1.808℃.
