弹性黏结磁性磨料设计制造及抛光性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为提高磁力抛光的加工效果,设计一种以微钢珠为载体,弹性胶为黏结剂,白刚玉微粉为磨粒的磁性磨料,研究其中微钢珠、弹性胶和白刚玉微粉质量配比,黏结剂的选择以及工件转速对抛光性能的影响。结果表明:弹性黏结磁性磨料能够实现对调质45号钢表面的有效抛光,磨料中微钢珠、黏结剂和白刚玉微粉质量比为12:1:4时能获得更好的抛光效果,聚氨酯胶作为黏结剂是可行的,高的转速能更好的抛光工件表面。 In order to improve the processing effect of magnetic polishing,a magnetic abrasive was designed with micro steel balls as the carrier,elastic rubber as the binder and white corundum micropowder as the abrasive particles.The influence of three factors on polishing performance were studied,which were mass ratio of micro steel ball,elastic rubber and white corundum micropowder in magnetic abrasive,the choice of binder and the influence of workpiece rotation speed.The experimental results show that the elastic bonded magnetic abrasive can effectively polish the surface of the quenched and tempered 45 steel.The best polishing effect can be obtained when the mass ratio of micro steel ball,binder and white fused alumina powder in the abrasive is 12:1:4.Adhesives are feasible,and high rotational speeds can better polish the surface of the workpiece.
