摘要
为了解决在Tecnomatix系统中还不能进行针对白车身涂胶工艺全数字化开发及验证的问题,文章通过研究Tecnomatix环境下数据对象特点,提出了构建车身胶数据对象及其对应制造特征的方法,并通过NX二次开发,实现了车身胶数据对象在NX中自动生成,以及对应制造特征的自动转换,从而使车身胶数据流能贯通于产品设计、工艺开发验证及制造的整个过程,让涂胶工艺全数字化开发及验证具备了可行性。最后提供了一个车身涂胶工艺全数字化开发及验证的实例。
Currently,digital development and validation of BIW sealing process can’t be completed in Tecnomatix system.For this reason,dispense data object and manufacturing feature are defined,dispense data object creating and manufacturing feature transforming tools are developed base on NX customized,which make dispense data can flow in whole sealing process development and validation procedure.Finally,give an example of digital development and validation of BW sealing process.
