摘要
针对平面喷涂优化的研究是小曲率表面喷涂以及各种复杂曲面喷涂的基础,文章旨在提出高效、高质量的平面喷涂方法。传统的平面喷涂优化基于Zigzag型轨迹,主要涉及到相邻轨迹的搭接距离以及喷涂速度两个参数的优化。该种喷涂采用搭接的方式控制膜厚均匀度,可以获取较好的涂层质量,但是该方法的喷涂经济性尚有很大的提升空间。对此,该文提出互补喷枪模型,改变搭接策略为填充策略,通过优化求解基础喷枪模型的互补喷枪模型,该方法能够在膜厚均匀度仅损失1.64%的条件下,提升13.54%的漆料利用率,证明了该方法可以实现对作业效率以及涂装质量的把控。
Researches on plane spraying optimization are the basis of small curvature surface spraying and various complex surface spraying.The purpose of this paper is to propose an efficient and high quality method for plane spraying。Traditional planar spraying optimization is based on Zigzag trajectory,which mainly involves the optimization of overlap distance between adjacent trajectories and spraying speed.This kind of spraying adopts overlapping method to control the uniformity of film thickness,which can obtain better coating quality.However the spraying economy of this method still has much room to improve.As for this,the complementary spray gun model is proposed,leading to that the overlap strategy is changed to the filling strategy.Through optimizing the complementary spray gun model of the basic spray gun model,this method can improve the paint utilization rate of 13.54%under the condition that the uniformity of film thickness only loses 1.64%,verifying that this method can control the operating efficiency and coating quality.
