摘要
BIM技术作为建筑信息化的重要载体,在建筑全生命周期建设中发挥着重要的作用。在重庆甘井河二桥项目施工过程中,利用BIM技术进行各专业深化设计,施工方案的模拟和优化,帮助项目在进度、质量、安全等方面进行管理上的提升,应用基于BIM技术的项目管理平台实现物联网、GIS、倾斜摄影等相关技术的集成,施工完成后具有较为明显的经济效益和社会效益,但依然存在部分不足,如部分功能软件无法实现,管理方式的变化带来的不适应等。
As an important carrier of building informatization,BIM technology plays an important role in building life cycle construction.In the construction process of the Second Ganjing River Bridge project in Chongqing,BIM technology is used to deepen the design of various specialties,simulate and optimize the construction scheme,and help improve the management of the project in terms of schedule,quality and safety,etc.The project management platform based on BIM technology is used to realize the integration of Internet of things,GIS,tilt photography and other related technologies,which has obvious economic and social benefits after the completion of construction,but there are still some deficiencies,such as the inability to realize some functional software,the inadaptability caused by the change of management mode and so on.
