摘要
BIM技术不仅能对建筑物进行三维表达,而且可以关联几何和非几何信息。将BIM技术和物联网技术整合关联使用,可以实现优势互补。文章将BIM+物联网技术应用在玉溪海绵城市项目中,主要有现场人员管理、施工安全管理、视频监控、物料管理、塔吊运行监测等几个方面,进一步提高了项目管理的自动化、智能化、精细化程度。
BIM technology can not only express 3 D information for building structures,but also associated geometric and non-geometric information.By integrating and associating BIM technology and Internet of Things technology,each can achieve complementary advantages.This paper applies BIM+Internet of Things technology to Yuxi sponge city project,and further improves the automation,intelligence and refinement degree of project management in the aspects of site personnel management,construction safety management,video monitoring,material management,tower crane operation monitoring,etc.
