摘要
随着幼儿园教师学历层次要求的提高,高职院校将成为培养专科层次应用型学前教育专业人才的主要阵地。实习教学作为提高高职学前教育专业学生职业素养和就业竞争力的重要途径,不能再局限于技能技巧的学习与实践,而应将其拓展为一种全视角、全过程的整合性学习实践活动,培养学生的全面保教能力与综合实践能力。为此,高职院校学前教育专业应转变思想观念,切实从幼儿园教育实践需要出发,尽早规划和开展学生实习工作,通过与幼儿园建立一体化的实习教学模式,系统发挥五年一贯制学前教育专业实习教学优势,改进和优化高招学前教育专业实习课程结构等策略,努力构建完善的实习教学制度和内容体系。
With the continuous improvement of the educational level of kindergarten teachers,higher vocational colleges will become an important subject of training application-oriented preschool education professionals at the junior college level. With the promotion of kindergarten teachers’ specialization,it is necessary to cultivate students’ comprehensive vocational ability by constantly expanding the connotation and scope of practice teaching,so that they can be better qualified for kindergarten education and care. Therefore,training colleges should constantly optimize the practice teaching mode of preschool education majors in higher vocational colleges,strengthen the professional guidance of instructors to students,and establish good campus cooperative relations to provide comprehensive and effective support for students’ practice.
