摘要
传统视角下,集团化幼儿园往往聚焦于通过优化管理来实现优质教育资源的共享,没有关注到这种办学形式有助于创立"跨园游学"这种新的教育组织形式。跨园游学不仅能够让幼儿享有整个集团的优质教育资源,为幼儿创设更为丰富的学习情境,而且能够让幼儿在更为广泛的人际关系和更为丰富的课程实践中获得全面自主发展。为此,须以拓展幼儿学习范围为目标建构共享学习空间,以拓展幼儿学习经验范畴为导向整合教育资源,以满足幼儿多种学习需要为追求建设幼儿游学项目。教师应引导幼儿自主做出游学计划,并丰富跨园游学方式,支持幼儿在各种不同的游学活动中充分体验和自主探索。
The cross-kindergarden study tour is a new teaching organization form of collectivized kindergartens and an important means to promote children’s all-round independent development. The collectivized kindergartens from the traditional perspective tend to focus on the sharing of high-quality educational resources through optimization of management and effective allocation of resources,rather than the learning process and learning results of children. The collectivization of kindergarten ultimate value pursuit is to promote learning quality and to support young children across the park travel,must be to expand the scope of children’s learning as the goal to construct shared learning space,expand children’s category learning experience oriented integration of education resources,to meet a variety of children learning need to children’s study for construction projects,step by step guide children independently to make travel plans,and let children experience different ways of study,finally realizes the young children’s independent development in an all-round way.
