冠心病痰瘀互结证面诊客观化的初步研究

Preliminary study on Objectification of face-to-face diagnosis of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome

目的:探讨冠心病痰瘀互结证的面诊特征促进其客观化研究。方法:应用中医面诊仪采集研究对象的面部图像获取并记录其面诊参数指标。结果:入院前第0天,3组研究对象的额部R、G、B值,鼻部G、B值,右颊G、B值,口唇R、G值,人中长度比较差异有统计学意义。冠心病痰瘀互结证组额部R值,鼻部R、G、B值,右颊G、B值,口唇R值以及人中长度与健康组比较差异有统计学意义;冠心病痰瘀互结证治疗10 d后较前比较,左颊G、B值,右颊R、G、B值均有显著下降,人中长度则较前明显增长。结论:面诊信息可作为冠心病痰瘀互结证临床辨证及疗效评价参考指标。

Objective:To explore the face diagnosis characteristics of the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease(CHD),and to promote its objective study.Methods:The facial images of the subjects were collected by the Chinese medicine facial diagnosis instrument,and the parameters of the facial diagnosis were obtained and recorded.Results:On the 0th day before admission,there were significant differences in forehead R,G,B value,nose G,B value,right cheek G,B value,lip R,G value,and the length of philtrum among the three groups.There were significant differences in R value of forehead,R,G,B value of nose,G,B value of right cheek,R value of lip and the length of philtrum between CHD group and healthy group.After 10 days of treatment,G,B value of left cheek and R,G,B value of right cheek were significantly decreased,while the length of philtrum was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The facial diagnosis index can be used as a reference for clinical syndrome differentiation and curative effect evaluation of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of CHD.
