王金贵健脾益气推拿法治疗小儿气虚秘临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy Study of WANG Jin-gui's Jianpi Yiqi Massage Method on Children with Qi Deficiency Constipation

目的:观察基于王金贵“用推即是用方”理论的健脾益气推拿法治疗小儿气虚秘的临床疗效,验证“用推即是用方”理论的合理性,以期为临床小儿推拿处方配伍提供参考。方法:将60例气虚型便秘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组参照“十三五”规划教材《小儿推拿学》给予传统推拿治疗,治疗组推拿处方为补脾经、补肺经、揉二马、掐揉膊阳池、揉龟尾、拿肚角、运水入土,治疗期间停服其他药物,2组治疗均为每日1次,连续治疗2周后观察记录2组患者的症状量化评分及胃肠电图并比较2组疗效。结果:治疗后2组患儿的便秘情况、气虚兼症、胃肠电图比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组有效率(100%)高于对照组。结论:基于“用推即是用方”理论的健脾益气推拿法在改善气虚秘患儿便秘及气虚兼症、增强胃肠功能和增加有效率方面优于传统推拿。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Yiqi massage based on WANG Jin-gui's theory of"using massage is using the prescription"in treating children with Qi deficiency constipation.To verify the rationality of"using massage is using the prescription",so as to provide reference for the compatibility of clinical pediatric massage prescription.Method:The 60 children with Qi deficiency constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional massage according to the 13th Five-Year Plan textbook Children's Massage.The massage prescriptions in the treatment group were Bu Pijing,Bu Feijing,Knead Er Ma,Pinch and knead Bo Yangchi,Knead Guiwei,Take Dujiao and transporting water into the soil.Other drugs were discontinued during the treatment period.Both groups were treated once a day for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the symptoms were evaluated quantitatively and the gastrointestinal electrogram was examined.Then the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared analysis.Results:There were significant differences in constipation,Qi deficiency and gastrointestinal electrogram between the two groups after treatment.The effective rate of the treatment group(100%)was higher than the control group.Conclusion:Jianpi Yiqi massage based on the theory of"using massage is using the prescription"is superior to the traditional massage in improving constipation,Qi deficiency,enhancing gastrointestinal function and increasing efficiency in children with Qi deficiency constipation.
