中西医结合改善多囊卵巢综合征血脂代谢疗效系统评价

Therapeutic Effects of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Lipid Metabolism in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome:A Systematic Review

目的:系统评价中西医结合改善多囊卵巢综合征血脂代谢临床有效性和安全性。方法:电子检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方医药期刊数据库(WF)、Pubmed、Cochrane Library、Embase从建库至2018年6月中西医结合改善多囊卵巢综合征血脂代谢的临床研究试验进行资料提取和风险评估,采用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入13篇计1229名患者,Meta分析结果中西医结合治疗改善PCOS患者血脂代谢可有效降低BMI、TG、TC、LDL-C,减少药物不良反应,而在WHR、HDL-C无明显差异。结论:中西医结合在治疗PCOS患者疗效较单纯西药治疗显著,受纳入研究数量和质量所限,本研究结论尚待更多高质量研究给予验证。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in improving lipid metabolism in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:The clinical literature of databases of the improvement of PCOS by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were retrieved from CBM,CNKI,VIP,WF,Pubmed,Cochrane Library and Embase from the establishment of the database to June 2018.Two evaluators independently screened the literature,extracted the data and evaluated the risk of them.Revman 5.3 software was adopted to test the heterogeneity of the included literature and relevant data.Results:There were 13 studies were included,including 1229 patients.The results showed that traditional Chinese and Western medicine could effectively reduce BMI,TG,TC,LDL-C,reduce adverse drug reactions.However,there was no significant difference in reducing the WHR,HDL-C.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese and Western medicine has certain advantages,but limited by the quantity and quality of the included studies,the conclusions of this study need to be verified by more high-quality studies.
