杞菊地黄汤联合西药治疗2型糖尿病干眼症的临床疗效

Clinical Effects of Qiju Dihuang Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Type 2 Diabetic Xerophthalmia

目的:探讨杞菊地黄汤联合西药治疗2型糖尿病干眼症的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年6月至2018年12月西安市中医医院眼科收治的2型糖尿病干眼症患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例(110眼)。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用杞菊地黄汤治疗。评估2组综合疗效及安全性,比较治疗前后泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)、睑板腺分泌评分及生命质量。结果:观察组患者综合治疗有效率为90.91%,显著高于对照组综合有效率76.36%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后BUT、SIT及视功能相关生命质量量表(NEI-VFQ-25)评分均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),2组治疗后睑板腺分泌评分及睑板腺缺失状况评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:杞菊地黄汤联合西药对2型糖尿病干眼症具有较高临床疗效,更有助于改善眼部症状,增加泪液分泌及提高生命质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of Qiju Dihuang Decoction combined with Western medicine on type 2 diabetic xerophthalmia.Methods:A total of 110 patients with type 2 diabetic xerophthalmia admitted to Xi′an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to December 2018 were selected and divided into into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 55 cases(110 eyes)in each group.In control group,patients were given routine treatment,in study group,patients were given Qiju Dihuang Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.The efficacy and safety of the 2 groups were evaluated.The time of tear film rupture(BUT),lacrimal secretion test(SIT),tarsal gland secretion score and quality of life were compared before and after treatment.Results:The comprehensive effective rate of the study group was 90.91%significantly higher than that of the control group of 76.36%,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,BUT,SIT and NEI-VFQ-25 scores in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the meibomian gland secretion scores and meibomian gland deficiency score in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qiju Dihuang Decoction combined with Western medicine has a high clinical effects on dry eye of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which is more conducive to improving eye symptoms,increasing tear secretion and improving quality of life.
