全面抗战时期中共维护国共合作的主要策略——以《群众》周刊为考察中心

The Main Strategy of the Communist Party of China in Maintaining the KMT-CPC Cooperation in the Anti-Japanese War

全面抗战时期,中国共产党利用在国统区公开出版发行的机关理论刊物——《群众》周刊,开展抗日民族统一战线活动,宣传中共坚持与国民党团结合作、一致抗日等政治主张。在中共中央的指示下,《群众》周刊大力宣传民主革命先行者孙中山的革命精神,以巩固国共合作的政治基础;承认并维护蒋介石的抗战领袖地位,借助其个人威望推动国共合作;严格遵守国民政府规定的报刊送审制度,并对敏感政治事件保持缄默,以适度让步谋合作大局;对不利团结的妥协投降行为和不彻底的抗战言行进行正面揭露与批判,以维护国共合作的原则立场。通过这些灵活多样的工作策略,维护了国共两党合作抗战的大局,展示了中共在抗战的复杂背景下妥善处理与国民党关系的技巧和艺术。

During the anti-Japanese war,the CPC used the Masses Weekly which was published in the Nationalist controlled area,to promote the CPC's political propositions of uniting and cooperating with the KMT as well as resisting Japan collectively.Under the direction of the CPC central committee,the Masses vigorously promoted the revolutionary spirit of Sun Yat-sen in order to consolidate the political foundation of the KMT-CPC cooperation.It recognized and maintained the status of Chiang Kai-shek as the leader of the War of Resistance against Japan,and used his personal prestige to promote the cooperation.It strictly abided by the newspaper submission system,kept silent on sensitive affairs,and made modest concessions to maintain the cooperation.It also revealed and criticized the behaviors which were unfavorable to the unity.Through the above flexible and diversified strategies,the KMT-CPC cooperation in the anti-Japanese war was maintained.The CPC’s ability to handle the complex relationship with the KMT was well demonstrated by the Masses.
