The status of operation and maintenance of reciprocating cycle hydrogen compressor in cyclohexylamine unit is presented.The defect and fault,such as insufficient of gas displacement,high temperature of inlet and outlet and packing leakage,are analyzed.The measures are adopted including replacing the materials of sealing filler,grinding the sealing surface of packing box,and adjusting the internal and external stop space between cylinder cover and piston,and the problems are solved,which guarantee the longperiod steady operation of the hydrogen compressor unit.
