“国培”十年:教师培训专业化探索的中国实践与未来发展 被引量:10

摘要 “国培计划”是在中国大地因应中国教育发展需求、回应中国教师队伍的困难与问题、响应中国教育发展的目标追求、适应中国国情实际而推行的具有中国特色的教师专业发展的实践行动。“国培”十年的历程,不仅是培训促进教师专业发展的过程,也是推动教师培训专业化的历程。“国培计划”以其国家意志、国家大局、国家方案、国家力量、国家标准和国家效应等“国”字特质,在推动教师培训专业化探索中表现出价值连续性、迭代创新性、问题导向性、整体联动性和专业引领性的实践特征。“国培计划”推动教师培训专业化的主要成就表现在教师培训政策与制度、培训组织与管理、培训项目与实施、培训模式与方法、培训资源开发与利用等诸多方面,而对其重塑了教师培训价值与理念、基于实际创立了乡村教师学习模式、构建了完整的教师教育概念与体系、催生了对教师培训的研究这四个方面更值得重申和强调。“国培计划”在可持续推动教师培训专业化过程中,还需要坚守价值立场,回归教师主体,破解关键难题,谋划转型升级,推动深度研究,使之真正成为造福中国教育、助力教师成长的“国家品牌”。 The“National Teacher Training Program”is the practice with Chinese characteristics for teachers’professional development,which is carried out in China to meet the needs of China’s education development,respond to the difficulties and problems of Chinese teachers,the pursuit of China’s education development,and adapt to the reality of China’s national conditions.The ten-year course of national training is not only the process of training to promote the professional development of teachers,but also the process of promoting the professionalization of teacher training.The“National Teacher Training Program”,with its“national”characteristics of national will,national overall situation,national plan,national strength,national standards and national effects,has demonstrated the practical characteristics of value continuity,iterative innovation,problem-orientation,overall linkage and professional guidance in the exploration of the professionalization of teacher training.The main achievements of the“National Teacher Training Program”in promoting the professionalization of teacher training are manifested in many aspects,such as teacher training policy and system,training organization and management,training project and implementation,training model and method,and training resources development and utilization.it has reshaped the value and concept of teacher training,created rural teacher learning models based on reality,and promoted the construction of a complete teacher education,and given the birth of research on teacher training.These four aspects are more worthy of reiterating and emphasizing.In the process of sustainably promoting the professionalization of teacher training,the“National Teacher Training Program”needs to uphold the value standpoint,stick to the original intention of practice,return to the main body of teachers,solve key problems,pay attention to transformation and innovation,carry out in-depth research,so as to truly become a“national brand”that benefits China’s education and helps teachers grow.
