摘要
好奇心是教师最重要的核心素养之一。教师的好奇心之所以重要,对学生而言,有好奇心的教师,更懂得呵护和激发学生的好奇心;对教师自身而言,好奇心是教师创造和教学智慧的源头活水,更是教师精神生活和精神宇宙成长、扩展的动力源。教师的好奇心,表现为对学生的好奇心,对育人、成人及教学的好奇心等。最高境界的教师好奇心,是对教育之真、善、美的好奇心。培育教师的好奇心,关键是找到制约、窒息或者扼杀教师好奇心的根源。根深蒂固的“功利主义”“操作主义”,已有教师教育和教师培训的偏差,是教师本然拥有好奇的天赋和潜能从他们的精神生命中悄然消逝的根源。走向“以好奇心和想象力为重心”的培训,才会带来教师的全面发展。
Curiosity is one of the most important core qualities of a teacher.The reason why the curiosity of teachers is important is that teachers with curiosity know how to protect and stimulate students’curiosity,and curiosity is the source of teachers’creativity and teaching wisdom,as well as the power source to boost and expand teachers’spiritual life and spiritual universe.The curiosity of teachers is manifested in their curiosity about students,educating people,shaping people and teaching.The highest level of teachers’curiosity is the curiosity about the truth,goodness and beauty of education.The key to cultivating teachers’curiosity is to find the source that restricts,suffocates or stifles teachers’curiosity.The deep-rooted“utilitarianism”,“operationalism”and the deviations in teacher education and teacher training are the root causes that make teachers’inherent curiosity and potential disappear from their spiritual life.The training that focuses on“curiosity and imagination”will ensure an all-round development of teachers.
