郭秉文师范教育思想探析

An Exploration of Guo Bingwen’s Thought of Normal Education

郭秉文是我国近代著名的教育家,在执掌南京高等师范学校和东南大学期间,他的师范教育思想逐渐形成,包括“寓师范于大学”的师范教育体制观、人才兴校的教师观、“三育并举”的学生观和以民主为中心的治校原则。郭秉文的师范教育思想和实践开创了综合大学举办师范教育的先河,奠定了我国师范教育体制转型的基础,并推动了我国高等师范教育科学研究。

Guo Bingwen was a well-known educator in modern China.When he was in charge of Nanjing Higher Normal School and Southeast University,his thought of normal education had been gradually formed,including the concept of“running normal education in comprehensive universities”in the normal education system,the concept of prospering universities with talents,the concept of the“integration of the three kinds of education”and the democracy-centered principle of running universities.Guo Bingwen’s thought and practice of normal education created the precedent of normal education in comprehensive universities,laid the foundation for the transformation of normal education system,and promoted scientific research in higher normal education in China.
