人工和自动化基坑监测协同应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 基坑开挖是高危大项目之一,在项目开挖过程中必须对支护结构、周边岩土体及周边环境进行监测。随着传感、通讯技术的发展和基坑开挖危险性的增加,基坑自动化监测逐渐成为了安全施工过程中可行且必要的选择。首先基于项目调研数据,分析得到了基坑监测自动化的应用必须具备技术先进性和经济性的结论;其次,建立项目产值、成本计算模型,以工程项目案例为基础,分别对人工、自动化监测及两者协同应用3种模式的经济性和技术性进行对比分析,得到采用人工和自动化监测相结合作业是最优模式的结论;进而提出人工和自动化协同应用的基本原则和建议参数。以技术可行为条件,经济可行为基础,研究得到的作业模式和参数设置可作为目前基坑自动化监测应用的参考,具有一定实践价值。 Foundation pit excavation is one of the high-risk projects.During the implementation of the project,the supporting structure,surrounding rock and soil and surrounding environment must be monitored.With the development of sensing and communication technology and the increase of the risk of excavation of foundation pits,it is feasible and necessary for foundation pits to adopt automated monitoring.Firstly,based on project survey data,this paper obtains the conclusion that the application of foundation pit monitoring automation must be technologically advanced and economical;secondly,it establishes a project output value and cost calculation model,and based on the engineering project case,the economics and technicality of the three modes such as manual monitoring automatic monitoring and the coordinated application are compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the combination of manual and automatic monitoring is the optimal mode.Finally,the basic principles and recommended parameters of collaborative and manual application are further proposed.Based on technical and behavioral conditions and economical and behavioral basis,the research operation mode and parameter settings can be used as a reference for the current automatic monitoring and application of foundation pits,and have certain practical value.
