摘要
现代化的教师培训既要做到对教师实践性知识创生机制的遵循又要做到与其所处的时代发展的适应,并呈现案例化、虚实融合、实践性等特质。现代化的教师培训需要在培训理念、统筹机制、实施机制等多个方面实现深层变革。在实践中,可以通过教师培训中心统筹指导区域教师的学习行为,通过建构案例式的交往体系、虚实相融的培训生境、适切的实施机制服务于教师的现代化。探讨教育现代化背景下教师培训模式的创新实践,弄清楚教师的教学实践以及支持其实践的知识创生机制,可以推进教师培训现代化的实现。
Modern teacher training must not only follow the teacher’s practical knowledge creation mechanism,but also adapt to the development of the times,and present the characteristics of case-based,virtual and actual integration,and practicality.Modern teacher training requires deep changes in training concepts,overall planning mechanisms,and implementation mechanisms.In practice,teachers’learning behaviors can be guided through teacher training centers,and teachers’modernization can be served by constructing a case-type communication system,a training habitat combining reality and reality,and a proper implementation mechanism.Exploring the innovative practice of teacher training mode under the background of education modernization,clarifying the teaching practice of teachers and the knowledge creation mechanism that supports their practice,can promote the realization of teacher training modernization.
