摘要
长三角一体化发展背景下,充分发挥“互联网+教育”在职业教育新型人才培养过程中的重要作用,要以“深度融合、合作共赢、共建共享”为原则,建立以“政府主导、校企合作、产教融合、共同发展”的多方合作方式。创新实施“学分银行+合作平台+校企合作”的组织架构,探索政行企校的合作机制,搭建职业教育学分银行合作平台,以推进项目案例为主要抓手,充分利用学分银行“立交桥”的作用,有助于推动区域各类教育形式的横向沟通和纵向衔接,打通学历证书与职业技能证书互认的阻碍,促使产教深度融合,充分发挥校企合作的作用,从而创新职业教育人才培养模式,为当地中小企业转型升级和区域经济社会发展提供有力的人才支撑。
Under the background of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta,the important role of“Internet+education”in the new talent training process of vocational education should be given full play,and the multi-party cooperation mode of“government-led,school-enterprise cooperation,industry-education integration and common development”should be established based on the principle of“deep integration,win-win cooperation,joint contribution and shared benefits”.The organization structure of“credit bank+cooperation platform+college-enterprise cooperation”should be innovatively implemented;the cooperation mechanism between government,industry,enterprises and colleges should be explored;and the vocational education credits bank platform should be built.We should promote the project case as the main way to make full use of the credit bank“overpass”role,promote all kinds of regional education forms of horizontal and vertical integration,prompt the industry-education integration and make the best of college-enterprise cooperation by breaking the barrier of mutual recognition between academic and vocational certificate,and innovate the training mode of vocational education to provide strong talent support for the transformation and upgrading of local small and medium-sized enterprises and regional economic and social development.
