职业院校校本网络课程:存在问题、价值取向与实施路径

摘要 职业院校校本网络课程存在作用弱化、建设“库”化、管理淡化、育人虚化和功能单一等问题,职业院校应基于知识本身的特点顺应学生学习方式的改变,基于职业核心能力要求改变教师的教学方式。为此,职业院校应从学校教育和学生学习特点的视角出发,采取相应的策略,构建一体化线上线下课程,按共建共享智能化思路建设校本网络课程。管理上建立校本网络课程制度,坚持多元、开放化发展的原则。校本网络课程不仅培智更应育人,应构建全方位立体化育人体系,同时拓展网络课程的功能,达到提高人才培养质量、提升学生素质之目的。 The school-based online courses of vocational colleges have problems such as weakening of the role,“banking”construction,dilute management,virtual education,and single function.The colleges and universities should adapt to the changes of students’learning methods based on the characteristics of knowledge itself,and change teachers’teaching methods based on professional core competence requirements.To this end,vocational colleges should adopt the corresponding strategies from the perspective of school education and student learning characteristics,construct integrated online and offline courses,and build school-based online courses according to the common building and sharing of intelligent ideas.Establish a variety of school-based online curriculum systems in management,and adhere to the principle of diversified and open development.School-based online courses should not only cultivate wisdom,but also educate people,it should build a comprehensive and three-dimensional education system,and expand the functions of online courses to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of talent training and improving the quality of students.
