Innovative Logic on Financing Mechanism in Private Schools in Henan Province under the Background of Newly-Revised Law

鉴于当前优质教育资源仍然稀缺,对民办学校来说,完善教育融资机制是必然的选择。河南是人口大省、教育大省,但民办学校融资渠道单一、学费上涨空间有限、政府财政资助比例不高等问题比较突出。河南应学习借鉴国外私立学校融资模式和经验,从政府、社会和民办学校自身多方面创新融资方式。政府提供政策支持,学校着力提高创收能力,利用资本市场,拓展融资方式。

Due to the scarce education resources with high quality currently in China,it is the inevitable choice for private schools to improve their financing mechanism for education.Henan province is a province with large population in need of education,however,private schools only have single financing channel,the room for tuition to increase is limited,and the proportion of government financial support is not high.These problems become quite prominent.It is necessary to learn from overseas private schools about their financing model and experience,and innovate the financing methods from various aspects——the government,the society,and the private school itself.The government provides policy support,and the school improves their ability to create income,makes use of the capital market and expands their financing methods.
