Upholding Core Socialist Values and Advancing the Building of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind

人类命运共同体有两个发展方向:一个趋向于和谐与发展,一个趋向于动荡与堕落。共同体的发展方向取决于共同体成员的价值取向:如果向上成长的价值体系在个体与社会之间形成了互相促进、稳定运行的超循环,社会就形成和谐发展命运共同体;如果向下堕落的价值体系形成了超循环,社会就形成堕落毁灭命运共同体。驾驭价值体系超循环的需要凸显儒家“大学之道”的巨大价值。要构建人类命运共同体,就要坚持社会主义核心价值体系,使之形成稳定运行的超循环,取代向下堕落的价值体系超循环对社会生活的主导地位。共产党的历史使命就是把坚守“大学之道”与坚持社会主义核心价值体系合而为一,运用执政权力进行价值体系建设,使社会主义核心价值体系形成稳定运行的超循环,推进构建和谐发展人类命运共同体。

For the community of shared future for mankind,two directions of its development are possible:one tends towards harmony and development,and another tends to be turbulent and degenerate.Which way the mankind community should go depends on the value orientation of community members.If the value system is growing upward,and forms the super circulation with mutual promotion and stable operation between individuals and the society,the mankind community will develop harmoniously.However,if the value system is downward and degenerate and forms the super circulation in the society correspondingly,the mankind community will become degenerate and destructed.In order to master the value system hypercycle,it is necessary to highlight the great value of Confucian“the way to great learning”.To build up the community with a shared future for mankind,it is necessary to adhere to the system of core socialist values and then form the super circulation that operate steadily,taking the place of downward and degenerate values system in social life.Chinese Communist Party should unify the adherence of“the way to great learning”with upholding the system of core socialist values,use the ruling power to construct the value system,promote the core socialist values system to form steadily-operated super circulation,and try to build the community with shared future for mankind that develop harmoniously.
