当代中国城市治理的主要优势、问题检视及优化路径

Main Advantages,Problems Review,and Optimized Path of Urban Governance in Contemporary China

城市化是现代化的重要向度。新中国成立以来,中国城市建设因其发挥党的领导与人民城市的价值导向这两大特色优势,取得了城市快速发展奇迹与城市长期稳定奇迹,促成了从乡土中国向城市中国的转变。但同时,当前我国城市建设也不同程度上存在着公共卫生短板、法治不足、发展失衡等突出问题。基于此,新时代我国城市治理应在发挥党的领导与人民城市的价值导向这两大优势的基础上,通过强化全周期管理意识、推进依法治城以及市域社会治理现代化,全面建成现代化的善治城市,不断提升城市生活质量。

Urbanization is an important dimension of modernization.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,Chinese urban construction has achieved the miracle of rapid urban development and long-term urban stability because of giving full play to the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the value orientation of people’s city,and contributed to the transformation from rural China to Urban China.But at the same time,there also exist some prominent problems to varying degrees in current city construction of China,for example,public health deficiencies,insufficient rule of law,and unbalanced development etc.Based on this situation,in the new era we should,on the basis of the two advantages of the leadership of the party and the value orientation of the people’s city,comprehensively build the modern city of good governance and constantly improve the quality of urban life by strengthening the consciousness of full cycle management,promoting the city governance according to law and modernization of municipal social governance.
