摘要
本文探讨公体教学对改善大学生心肺耐力与身体成分的重要价值,为公体教学在高校普遍开展提供参考。方法:本实验选取64名大学生(每个年级8名男生、8名女生)为受试者,运用意大利COSMED Quark PFT ERGO心肺功能测试仪器测定最大摄氧量。实验所测得的4个年级数据运用SPSS 20.0统计软件进行分析,以P<0.05为显著性差异,P<0.01为非常显著性差异,结果用平均数±标准差(x±s)来表示。
This paper discusses the important value of public physical education in improving cardiopulmonary endurance and body composition of college students,and provides reference for the general development of public physical education in colleges and universities.Methods:In this experiment,64 college students(8 boys and 8 girls in each grade)were selected as subjects,and maximal oxygen uptake was measured by Italian COSMED Quark PFT ERGO cardiopulmonary function instrument.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data of the four grades measured in the experiment.P<0.05 was a signif icant difference,and P<0.01 was a very signif icant difference.The results were expressed as mean±standard deviation(x±s).
