随着教育理念的不断进步与发展,各教育阶段的体育教学模式也随之发生了翻天覆地的变化。当前教育背景下,通过教学活动的开展培养学生的终身体育意识已然成为当前高校体育教学活动的重要任务之一。本次研究围绕"快乐终身"乒乓球教学模式的构建展开,旨在通过教学模式的创新,为学生营造轻松愉快的学习氛围,同时通过快乐终身理念的应用,促进学生终身体育意识的形成。

With the continuous progress and development of educational philosophy,the physical education teaching mode in various educational stages has also undergone earth-shaking changes.Under the current educational background,it has become one of the important tasks to cultivate students'life-long sports consciousness through teaching activities.This research centers on the construction of the"Happy Lifelong"table tennis teaching model,aiming at creating a relaxed and happy learning atmosphere for students through the innovation of the teaching model,and at the same time through the application of the idea of happy lifelong,promoting the formation of students'life-long sports consciousness.
