With the continuous improvement of people’s material life and the increasing study pressure of high school students,the physique of teenagers is also gradually declining.Under the background of modern quality education,high school physical education is highly valued by the society.On how to make the high school physical education carry out a thorough reform,attract the students’eyeballs to the physical education classroom,and let the students thrive in the sunshine,in this paper,sports games will be integrated into the school physical education classroom,the traditional boring physical education classroom into a relaxed and happy classroom,enrich the teaching content,and speed up the smooth development of our sunshine sports.
