黑龙江省普通高校健美操课教学内容优化的研究

健美操自20世纪80年代初在我国兴起,首先在高校得到积极的响应和推广,音乐与舞蹈相结合的运动项目特色深受大学生的热爱和推崇,黑龙江省普通高校广泛开展了健美操课程,但运动项目的发展受很多因素的影响,导致其发展存在一定的地域差异,由于普通高校体育教学改革以及地域项目特色等原因,健美操课堂在黑龙江省的发展面临着机遇和挑战。本文对黑龙江省普通高校健美操的开展现状进行调查,具体分析存在问题及影响因素,得出具体结论:黑龙江省普通高校均已开设健美操课,多数学生在大学之前没有接触过健美操;健美操项目深受高校大学生的喜爱,学生的学习动机明确;年轻教师较少,本科和硕士学历的师资占主体;大多数教师使用健美操统编教材。

Since the rise of aerobics in China in the early 1980s,f irst of all,it has been actively responded to and promoted in colleges and universities.The combination of music and dance has been deeply loved and respected by college students.Heilong jiang ordinary colleges and universities have widely carried out aerobics courses,but the development of sports events is affected by many factors,leading to certain regional differences in development.Due to the reform of physical education in ordinary colleges and universities and the characteristics of regional projects,the development of aerobics classes in Heilong jiang province is facing opportunities and challenges.This article investigates the current situation of the development of aerobics in universities in Heilong jiang province,specif ically analyzes the existing problems and inf luencing factors,and draws specif ic conclusions:Heilong jiang universities have set up aerobics classes,and most students have not been exposed to aerobics before university;The gymnastics project is deeply loved by college students with clear learning motivation;There are fewer young teachers,and the undergraduate and master degree teachers are the main body;Most teachers use aerobics to compile teaching materials.
