摘要
体育博物馆作为陈列、研究、保藏体育文化实物的文化教育场所,是展示体育文化、传播体育教育、弘扬体育精神的最佳场所。顾客满意度反映了游客对于体育博物馆的环境、服务等方面的综合评价,是衡量体育博物馆的重要指标之一。由于中国西部地区体育博物馆发展缓慢,本文选取2个体育博物馆作为研究对象,调查并分析其顾客满意度,并且对其现状和未来发展提出一定的建议。
Sports museum is the best place to display sports culture,disseminate sports education and carry forward sports spirit.Customer satisfaction ref lects tourists'comprehensive evaluation of the environment and service of sports museums,which is one of the important indicators to measure sports museums.Due to the slow development of sports museums in western China,this paper selects two sports museums as research objects,investigates and analyzes their customer satisfaction,and puts forward some suggestions on their current situation and future development.
