初探中国归化球员发展现状及未来方向

The Preliminary Analysis on the Current Situation and Future Development of Chinese Naturalized Players

在世界一体化浪潮影响下,足球运动在经济、文化等方面内在的相互融合越来越密切,球员流动也愈加频繁,国际上一些国家为了本国的足球发展和国家队更高荣誉的追求,在全球招揽整体能力高于本国现有足球运动员的优秀足球人才,旨在更快拔高本国足球整体实力,是快速提升足球产业发展速度的催化剂。本文运用文献法、数据分析法、录像分析法对中国男足国家队归化球员进行分析,为中国归化球员模式的未来发展提供理论支持。

Inf luenced by the globalization trend,the sport of football is more and more integrated with economic and cultural aspects of society.Mobility of players are increasingly frequent as countries,for the sake of seeking better development of the sport and results of the national teams,are recruiting outstanding football players that are general better than domestic players to boost the strength of the sport on a national level and the improvement of domestic football industry.Using literature review,data analytics and video analysis,efforts are made in this paper to examine naturalized players to China's national men's football team and provide theoretical support for optimizing this model in China in the future.
