民国时期静宜园改造述略(1912-1937)

Preliminary Study on the Transformation of Jingyi Garden during the Period of the Republic of China(1912-1937)

作为前清皇家园林,静宜园在民国时期接受了不同形式的改造。北京政府时期,静宜园的管理工作由疏失走向规范,各类学校与庄宅纷纷在静宜园内兴修。随着教育业和地产业的繁荣,静宜园的近代化不断推进,但也伴随着严重污染。国民政府时期,地方政府改静宜园为香山自治村,在静宜园内推行郊区基层民众自治改革。由此,静宜园的主要改造方式由教育、景观改造逐步过渡为社会改造。

As a former imperial garden in the Qing dynasty,Jingyi Garden received different forms of transformation during the Republic of China.During the period of the Beijing Government,the management of Jingyi Garden changed from neglect to standardization,and all kinds of schools and houses were built in Jingyi Garden.With the prosperity of education and real estate industry,the modernization of Jingyi Garden has been continuously promoted,but the process has also been accompanied by serious pollution.In the period of the Nanjing National Government,the local government changed Jingyi Garden into Xiangshan Autonomous Village,and carried out the reform of suburban grass-roots people’s self-government in Jingyi Garden.Therefore,the main transformation mode of Jingyi Garden has gradually changed from education and landscape transformation to social transformation.
