共同体视域下课程思政及教学支持——基于开放大学课程教学视角

Ideological and Political Education in Course Teaching and Its Teaching Supports Based on Learning Community--Based on the Perspective of Course Teaching in the Open University

课程思政是回归教育初心的教育理念,体现了立德树人的根本要求,具有导向性、融合性、渗透性、亲和性及协同性特点。课程思政重在转化教学内容体系。要切实把理想信念、政治认同、奉献社会、工匠精神、职业道德、公民人格等教育内容融入开放大学课程教学的各环节。共同体视域下,需要围绕育人目标,进行课程教学整体性设计;强化网络规则意识,有的放矢进行启发式教育;注重人文关怀,课程教学团队协同提供春风化雨式支持服务。

The teaching concept of carrying out ideological and political education in course teaching represents a return to the initial aspiration of education.It embodies the fundamental requirements of“fostering characters and civic virtues”,and has the characteristics of orientation,integration,permeability,affinity and synergy.The key to carrying out ideological and political education in course teaching lies in the transformation of teaching contents.The values and beliefs,political identity,dedication to the society,craftsmanship,professional ethics and citizenship,all of these should be integrated into the course teaching procedures in the open universities.From the perspective of learning community,it is necessary to carry out ideological and political education in course teaching in making a comprehensive course teaching design based on the teaching targets;strengthen the awareness of network rules to perform targeted heuristic teaching;stress humanistic care for students with learning supports offered collaboratively by the teaching team.
