化妆品原料鬼针草提取物的制备工艺研究

Study on the Preparation of A Kind of Cosmetic Raw Material Bidens Bipinnata Extract

目的:研究从分布广泛、存量区大的植物鬼针草中提取总黄酮作为化妆品原料的制备工艺。方法:以提取物的色泽、黄酮含量、转移率、水复溶性为指标,优选提取、纯化、精制工艺,并测定提取物在不同常用化妆品溶剂中的溶解度。结果:最佳提取工艺为:以70%乙醇为溶剂,回流提取1h,提取3次,浓缩至1g/ml,通过已处理好的AB-8大孔树脂(柱长/直径约为12.5:1),流速为4ml/(min·kg),先用1个柱体积量的水洗脱,再用70%乙醇洗脱,收集70%乙醇洗脱液,浓缩至2g/ml,用同体积乙酸乙酯萃取4次,合并萃取液,回收溶剂,浓缩,减压干燥,粉碎,过筛,即得。提取物能溶解在多种化妆品溶剂中,色泽宜人,特别是在碱性溶剂中溶解度大。结论:提取物色泽美观、几乎无味,水复溶性好,与多种化妆品溶剂相容性好,可以作为化妆品原料。

Objective: To study the preparation technology of total flavonoids extracted from Bidens bipinnata, a widely distributed and large stock plant. Methods: The color, flavonoid content, transfer rate and water resolubility of the extract were used as indexes to optimize the extraction, purification and purification process, and the solubility of the extract in different cosmetics solvents was determined. Results: The optimal extraction process was as follows: with 70% ethanol as solvent, reflux extraction for 1 h, extraction for 3 times, concentrated to 1 g/ml, through the treated AB-8 macroporous resin (column length / diameter is about 12.5:1), the flow rate is 4 ml/(min·kg), washed off with 1 column volume of water at first, then eluted with 70% ethanol, collected 70% ethanol eluent and concentrated to 2 g/ml, extracted with the same volume of ethyl acetate for 4 times, combined the extraction solution, recovered the solvent, concentrated, vacuum dried, crushed and screened. The extract can be dissolved in a variety of cosmetic solvents with pleasant colour, especially in alkaline solvents. Conclusion: The extract has beautiful colour, almost tasteless, good water resolubility and good compatibility with a variety of cosmetics solvents, so it can be used as a kind of cosmetic raw material.
