铁路混凝土用聚羧酸减水剂性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 现代混凝土生产中,减水剂已成为重要的组成部分,掺减水剂是混凝土配合比优化设计和提高耐久性的1项重要措施。混凝土常用聚羧酸减水剂,具有减水率高、保坍性好、无氯、无氨、低碱、无三废排放、对人体健康不构成威胁且分子结构可调控等优点。但随着我国经济发展和高速铁路建设,对掺聚羧酸减水剂混凝土的流动性、保持性提出更高要求。结合在建5条铁路所用减水剂的使用情况,从减水剂生产、运输途径、现场管理和现场复配等方面进行调查,对减水剂质量控制等方面存在的问题进行分析,并对影响减水剂性能的原材料进行类比试验,为混凝土聚羧酸减水剂向新品种、高性能和多功能化方向发展提供重要支撑。 Water reducer has become an important part in modern production of concrete,and the mixing of water reducer is an important measure to optimize the mix proportion and to improve the durability of concrete.The polycarboxylic acid water reducer commonly used in concrete has the advantages of high water reducing rate,good slump retaining effect,chlorine-free,ammonia-free,low alkali,free discharge of three wastes,posting no threat to human health,and controllable molecular structure,etc.However,the economic growth and largescale construction of high speed railways in China set higher requirements on fluidity and retention of concrete mixed with polycarboxylic acid water reducer.Based on the practice of using water reducer in five railways under construction,the paper analyzes the problems regarding quality control of water reducer after survey on water reducer production,transport route,site management and site compounding.The analogy test of raw materials which affect performance of water reducer has also been carried out.The study results will serve as an important support for developing new polycarboxylic acid water reducer with high performance and multifunction.
