客户价值模型在烟草行业的研究与应用 被引量:8

摘要 烟草营销管理的核心是做好零售客户的经营管理服务,本文以零售客户为核心,研究构建面向零售客户的客户价值模型,建立客观准确的客户价值评价体系,为烟草企业更好的细分客户分类,做精做细客户的差异化服务提供重要的参考依据。
