Research on the Sharing Model of Business Participation in Accurate Poverty Alleviation

精准扶贫是我国消除贫困过程中的重大战略举措,分析企业在精准扶贫中的作用对促进精准扶贫战略落实有重要价值。本文以安普瑞公司的精准扶贫实践展开分析,探索并归纳其利用共享方式参与精准扶贫的发展经验。研究发现:基于共享经济的精准扶贫模式有助于降低信息不对称,精准识别贫困人群,提高精准扶贫的效果;基于共享经济的精准扶贫模式揭示了从政府行政主导的扶贫向企业参与的扶贫演化趋势;形成了"贫困户—企业—贫困村—乡镇政府"协同发展的闭环路径,可充分释放闲置资源价值潜力和建立消除贫困的长效机制。共享经济下的企业精准扶贫模式揭示了不同主体间的协同机制,为决策层引导企业参与精准扶贫实践提供理论依据。

Accurate poverty alleviation is a major strategic measure implemented by the Chinese government in the process of poverty alleviation.This paper conducts a case study of Apri Company’s accurate poverty alleviation practice,explores and summarizes the successful practices of using the sharing economy to help accurate poverty alleviation,and therefore,provides a reference for the related studies.The analysis shows that the sharing model of accurate poverty alleviation can reduce information asymmetry,accurately identify poor people and improve the effect of accurate poverty alleviation.The sharing model of accurate poverty alleviation reveals the trend of poverty alleviation from government orientation to business participation.The model forms a circular ecosystem of"government-enterprise-poor villages-poor households",which fully releases the value of idle resources and helps establish a long-term mechanism to eliminate poverty.The contribution of this paper is to propose a sharing model of accurate poverty alleviation,more specifically,it reveals the coupling mechanism between different subjects and provides a theoretical basis for the government to guide enterprises to participate in the practice of accurate poverty alleviation.
