提高冰铜品位工艺实践

摘要 研究了高品位冰铜生产可行性,通过高品位冰铜生产试验,实现了连续生产高品位冰铜。实践证明,在调整配矿结构,炉料含硫由25%降低至23%,改变周期加料方式,可实现硫矿投入量减少,增加盈利矿投入量,具有良好的环保效益和经济效益。 The feasibility of high-grade matte production was studied.The continuous production of high-grade matte was realized through the production test of high-grade matte.It has been proved by practice that in adjusting the ore distribution structure,the sulfur content in the charge will be reduced from 25%to 23%,and by changing the periodic charging mode,the amount of sulfur ore input will be reduced and the amount of profitable ore input will be increased,which has good environmental andeconomic benefits.
