浅谈矿山地质灾害防治与地质环境保护有关措施 被引量:5

摘要 在矿产资源开发利用过程中,从地壳内部采掘大量矿石和岩石,使得本来呈自然平衡的区域状态出现新的不稳定不协调,导致地壳物质和地层不稳固性加剧,这是引发矿山地质灾害的根本原因。矿业活动不仅限于采矿过程,在后续配套工程建设、生产生活过程中,矿区内同样存在地质灾害隐患。科学防治矿山地质灾害,强化地质环境保护,是降低矿产开发对矿山及周边地质结构、地质环境和生态环境影响或破坏的有效措施。对矿企生存、安全生产、发挥产能、提高“三率”、矿地和谐,促进矿业经济健康有序绿色发展非常必要。 During the development and utilization of mineral resources,a large amount of ores and rocks are excavated from the inside of the earth's crust,resulting in a new instability and incoordination in a regional state that was originally in a natural balance,resulting in increased instability of the crustal material and stratum,which triggered mine geology The root cause of the disaster.Mining activities are not limited to the mining process.In the subsequent construction of supporting projects,production and life processes,there are also hidden geological hazards in the mining area.Scientific prevention and control of mine geological disasters and strengthening of geological environmental protection are effective measures to reduce the impact or damage of mineral development on the mine and surrounding geological structure,geological environment and ecological environment.It is an effective measure for the survival,safety of production,production capacity,and improvement of the"Mining recovery rate,mining dilution rate,beneficiation recovery rate"of mining enterprises,Harmony of mining land is necessary to promote the healthy and orderly green development of mining economy.
