浅谈SPD在工业项目中的设计要点

摘要 雷击及闪电电磁脉冲会损坏电气和电子系统,进而影响工业生产的正常运行,对雷电造成的损坏进行修复的成本很高,运营的损失甚至远远高于被损坏设备本身的价值。在电气系统加装SPD,可有效防止雷电电磁脉冲的侵入,避免浪涌信号破坏设备。本文通过总结工业项目实践经验,结合SPD的分类及工作原理,探讨SPD的设置方案,保障工业生产的正常运行。 Lightning and lightning electromagnetic pulse will damage the electrical and electronic systems,and then affect the normal operation of industrial production.The cost of repairing the damage caused by lightning is very high,and the loss of operation is even much higher than the value of the damaged equipment itself.Adding SPD in the electrical system can effectively prevent the invasion of lightning electromagnetic pulse and avoid the damage of equipment by surge signal.This paper summarizes the practical experience of industrial projects,combined with the classification and working principle of SPD,discusses the setting scheme of SPD to ensure the normal operation of industrial production.
