摘要 我国矿产资源禀赋条件较差,典型特点为:贫、杂、细,贫矿多、难选矿多。易采矿石减少、矿石贫化加剧,入选品位不断下降;破碎、球磨、药剂等选矿成本大幅增加;新建尾矿库审批受限、老尾矿库不足,尾矿处理成本大幅上升;历史堆存尾矿、废石资源浪费巨大,环保压力巨大。在我国社会经济发展进入新时代的大背景下,人工智能、光电选矿等前沿科技,已成为解决经济增长中矿产资源短缺、矿产资源安全和矿业经济发展的重要手段。 China''s mineral resources endowment conditions are poor,typical characteristics are:poor,miscellaneous,fine,poor ore,difficult to mineral processing.The reduction of easily mined ores,the aggravation of ore dilution,and the continuous decline of ore dressing grade;the substantial increase in the cost of crushing,ball milling,reagent and other mineral processing;the limited approval of new tailings pond and the shortage of old tailings pond lead to the sharp increase of tailings treatment cost;the huge waste of historical stockpiled tailings and waste rock resources and the huge pressure of environmental protection.Under the background of China''s social and economic development entering a new era,advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and photoelectric mineral processing have become an important means to solve the shortage of mineral resources,the security of mineral resources and the development of mining economy in economic growth.
