摘要
目的:研究采前喷钙处理对火龙果采后保鲜效果的影响。方法:以火龙果为试验材料,研究了采前喷1.5%的Ca(NO3)2溶液对火龙果贮藏期生理和营养品质的影响。结果:与对照相比,采前喷1.5%的Ca(NO3)2溶液能抑制果实腐烂率、质量损失率、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量、相对电导率的增加,延缓可溶性固形物、还原糖、可滴定酸、Vc含量的降低,提高了火龙果贮藏期SOD(Superoxide dismutase,超氧化物歧化酶)、POD(Peroxidase,过氧化物酶)和CAT(Catalase,过氧化氢酶)的酶活性。结论:采前喷钙处理延缓了火龙果采后果实的衰老进程,保持较好的贮藏品质。
Objective:The work aims to study the effects of preharvest calcium spray treatment on postharvest physiology of pitaya fruits.Method:The effects of preharvest calcium spray of 1.5% Ca(NO3)2 treatment on the storage physiological and nutritional quality of pitaya were studied.Result:The results indicated that,compared with control,preharvest calcium spray of 1.5% Ca(NO3)2 treatment inhibited the increase of decay incidence,weight loss,malondialdehyde (MDA) content and relative conductivity,decayed the decrease of total soluble solids,reducing sugar content,Vc content and titratable acid.The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) were enhanced.Conclusion:In summary,preharvest calcium spray treatment delayed the senescence of postharvest pitaya fruit and maintained better storage quality.
