摘要
裸藻是一种单细胞微藻,它能产生多种化合物,如脂质、蛋白质、维生素、必需氨基酸和脂肪酸等。近年来,人们对裸藻以及衍生的生物活性代谢物进行了广泛研究,有关新的代谢物的鉴定、潜在性质和应用前景等方面的研究已取得一定进展。文章综述了裸藻中存在的营养成分及其相应的功能,包括市面上存在的以裸藻为原料的产品的种类及其应用,同时指出其应用于食品需要考虑的问题及未来发展前景,以期为裸藻在食品方面的开发应用提供有效的参考依据。
Euglena is a unicellular protist that can produce a number of nutraceutical compounds.Such as,lipid,protein,vitamin,essential amino-acid,fatty acid and so on.In recent years,extensive studies have been conducted on euglenophyta and its derived bioactive metabolites,which has contributed to the increase in the number of scientific publications on the identification,potential properties and application prospects of new metabolites.This paper reviews euglenophyta that exist in a variety of nutrients and its corresponding function.What’s more,it summarizes the types of Euglena as a raw material on the market of the products and their application,and points out their application in food need to consider the problems and future development prospects,in order to for the development and application of Euglena in the aspect of food provides valuable and effective reference information.
