摘要
目的:研究紫苏梗不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化能力。方法:测定紫苏梗不同溶剂提取物的总黄酮含量和抗氧化能力,并讨论黄酮含量与抗氧化能力的相关性。结果:乙酸乙酯提取物总黄酮含量最高,为91.47 mg/g;紫苏梗不同溶剂提取物均显示了一定的抗氧化能力,其中,乙酸乙酯提取物在实验浓度范围内对DPPH·及ABTS^+·和·OH的清除率分别为80.78%(0.50 mg/mL)、99.78%(0.10 mg/mL)和92.75%(1.0 mg/mL),正丁醇提取物和总提取物次之;乙酸乙酯提取物总还原能力(A=1.378)强于总提取物和正丁醇提取物;相关性分析结果表明黄酮含量与DPPH·清除率显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:紫苏梗乙酸乙酯提取物抗氧化活性最强。
Objective:To study the antioxidant capacity of different solvent extracts of Perilla frutescens stalk in vitro.Methods:The total flavonoid content and the total antioxidant capacity of different solvent extracts were measured.The relationship between flavonoid content and antioxidant capacity were also discussed.Results:The highest content of total flavonoids was ethyl acetate extract,which was 91.47 mg/g.Different solvent extracts of Perilla frutescens stalk had a certain antioxidant capacity,among them,the clearance rates of ethyl acetate extract to DPPH·,ABTS^+·,·OH were 80.78% (0.50 mg/mL),99.78% (0.10 mg/mL) and 92.75% (1.0 mg/mL),which was higher than n-butanol extract and total extract.The total reduction capacity of the ethyl acetate extract (A=1.378) was stronger than the total extract and n-butanol extract.Correlation analysis showed that flavonoid content was significantly correlated with DPPH· clearance rate (P<0.05).Conclusion:The anti-oxidation activity of ethyl acetate extract was the strongest.
