基于产业视角的我国海洋经济新旧动能转换研究

Research on the Replacement of Growth Drivers of Marine Economy:A Perspective of Marine Industry in China

产业的合理发展与经济增长密切相关,合理的海洋产业结构也是海洋经济快速发展的重要保障。当前我国海洋经济处于产业转型升级和新旧动能转换时期,根据2006~2016年海洋主要产业贡献度及协整分析得出的拉动效应,建立二维矩阵图发现:滨海旅游业、海洋渔业、海洋船舶业和海洋交通运输业无论是长期还是短期都对海洋经济增长十分重要;海洋矿业和海洋生物医药业尽管当前贡献不大,但长期看具有重要作用,都是新旧动能转换中需重点关注的产业。对此,在分析、研究当前我国海洋经济发展现状基础上提出相应建议。

In the theory of modern economic growth,the rational development of industry is closely related to economic growth.Reasonable marine industrial structure is also an important guarantee for the rapid development of marine economy.At present,China’s marine economy is undergoing a transformation and upgrading process and the replacement of old growth drivers with new ones.In this paper,the authors analyze the data concerning the contribution degree of the major industries in China from 2006 to 2016 and the pulling effect of the major marine industries obtained by cointegration analysis,and construct an appropriate two-dimensional matrix,through which they found that coastal tourism,marine fisheries,marine shipping industry and marine transportation industry are very important for marine economic growth in the long and short term,while the current contribution of marine mining and marine medicine is small,though it will play an important role in the long run in the growth of marine economy.Those industries need to be paid more attention in the replacement of old growth drivers with new ones.Finally,suggestions are put forward based on the current situation of marine economy and the conclusion of this study.
