集成电路制造企业的特点与安全对策

Study on Characteristics and Safety Countermeasures of Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Enterprises

分析集成电路制造产业所具有的设备投资巨大、制造工艺复杂和外部供应商协作广泛等特点。结合企业安全生产管理要求高、难度大等实际情况,对安全责任、投入、培训、措施和应急救援方面的具体措施进行了较为系统的研究。在此基础上,提出了推进规范化管理、强化应急处置能力和运用高科技手段是集成电路制造企业安全生产管理的重点工作和发展方向。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of IC manufacturing industry, such as huge equipment investment, complex manufacturing process and extensive cooperation of external suppliers. Combined with the actual situation of high requirements and difficulties of enterprise safety production management, the paper systematically studies the specific measures of safety responsibility, investment, training, measures and emergency rescue. On this basis, it is proposed that the key work and development direction of integrated circuit manufacturing enterprises’ safety production management are to promote standardized management, strengthen emergency response capability and use high-tech means.
