广播电视智慧运维体系研究

Research on Intelligent Operation and Maintenance System of Radio and Television

随着智慧广电深化发展和“四全”主流媒体新型传播体系建设,以及5G、超高清、人工智能等高新技术与广播电视生产系统的融合应用,传统广播电视运维人才与行业技术发展不同步、不适应的问题日益凸显。本文基于新形势下对运维人员的技术和能力挑战及其原因的分析,提出了智慧运维体系建设框架和思路,并从智慧运维的对象、资源、管理和安全保障几个方面论述了体系建设内容。通过智慧运维体系的建设,以期达到加强广播电视系统运维和安全传输保障能力,提升广播电视服务的用户体验和服务品质的目标。

With deepening development of smart radio and television and construction of a new communication system of"four aspects"mainstream media,as well as integration and application of 5G,UHD,artificial intelligence and other new technologies with radio and television production system,asynchronous and inappropriate problems between traditional radio and television operation and maintenance personnel and industry technology development are highlighted.Based on analysis of technical and ability challenges for operation and maintenance personnel and their reasons in new situation,this paper puts forward framework and ideas for construction of intelligent operation and maintenance system,and discusses system construction contents from aspects of object,resources,management and security guarantee of intelligent operation and maintenance.Through construction of smart operation and maintenance system,it is expected to achieve goal of strengthening operation and maintenance of radio and television system and ability to guarantee safe transmission,and improving user experience and service quality of radio and television.
